Changes that I noticed this month:
Body hair: More hair is showing up on my chin and the side of my face. I've noticed more sprouting
on my arms too.
Sex Drive: Lower than normal. I think this is due to the stress of being a new homeowner.
Menses: no bleeding, but some cramping :(
Mood: My mood is pretty normal, but I've been feeling really tired lately.
Body fat/weight: I think my waist is elongating and my hips are getting smaller (yeah, finally)!
Muscle: My upper body seems a little more cut...not much, but a little.
